Can I switch monthly to annual?
Yes, anytime, from the billing portal. Pro-rated automatically through Paddle.
Where is data stored?
EU. Encrypted at rest. Agent-to-server traffic is TLS.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes - within 14 days of any new charge, no questions.
Does the agent collect anything I don't expect?
