Organization has no per-seat charge. Each organization supports up to 200 members. Pro includes three seats: you and two other people.
Remote actions are included on every plan. Available actions depend on the platform, installed client and permissions, with control or updates enabled on the agent.
Common questions
What happens when I exceed Free limits?
New machines and checks are refused until you upgrade or remove one. Machines already registered keep streaming and nothing is deleted.
Are alerts on the Free plan?
No. Alert rules, alert incidents and notifications require a paid plan. Free includes live monitoring, history and supported remote actions.
Are remote actions included on Free?
Yes. Supported machine and Docker actions are available on every plan. The agent must be connected and allow control; available actions depend on the platform, installed client and permissions. Agent updates also require updates to be enabled.
Is there a usage cap on Pro?
25 machines, 50 containers and 25 host checks, plus 3 seats. Need more? Organization is priced per machine: pick a fleet size from 10 to 500 and change it whenever you like.
How does Organization pricing work?
You pay per machine, per month, in graduated bands: the first 25 machines at one rate, the next 75 cheaper, everything above that cheaper still. Each machine includes 3 containers and 1 host check. There is no per-seat charge, with up to 200 members per organization. Above 500 machines, email us.
How do organizations differ by plan?
Every account starts with a personal organization. Pro includes 3 seats for sharing machines and checks with two other people. The Organization plan also lets you create additional organizations and configure SAML single sign-on.
How do people join my organization?
Owners send email invitations with an Owner, Admin or Member role. Recipients sign in with the invited email and accept before gaining access. On the Organization plan, SAML can require invitations or automatically add people as Members after sign-in and any required two-factor authentication.
Can I change my fleet size or switch monthly to annual?
Yes, anytime, from Settings › Billing. Adding machines or switching cycle is charged pro-rata right away; removing machines applies at the next renewal. Paddle handles the math.
Where is data stored?
EU. Encrypted at rest. Agent-to-server traffic is TLS.
Do you offer refunds?
Your first paid subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact contact@system-stats.com within 14 calendar days of that subscription to request a refund. Renewals, upgrades and repeat subscriptions are outside this guarantee; confirmed billing errors can still be refunded.
Does the agent collect anything I don't expect?
No. The features page lists every metric. statsd ships with remote control on so you can restart containers from the dashboard; turn it off with statsd disable-control. In the Stats app, Remote is off until you enable it in Settings.
